First edition, first printing, inscribed ("To Sarah") and signed with a kiss mark by J.K. Rowling on the title page, complete with the author's hologram. This book was signed during “The Moonlight Signing” event at the Natural History Museum on July 21, 2007—the only UK promotional event for the release of the final installment of the Harry Potter series. At this exclusive event, 1,700 Harry Potter fans had the opportunity to have their books signed.

In addition to the numbered entry ticket, all attendees received an event package that included a three-page information sheet, a puzzle page, a Bloomsbury promotional flyer, a poster, and balloons. The previous owner, Sarah Flack, preserved these items in the original Deathly Hallows bag provided that night, allowing us to offer also the event package. Remarkably, this set also includes a personalized letter from Bloomsbury, dated July 6, 2007, regarding ticket delivery. Such a complete set seldom comes up for sale.

The book is in VG+/ near-fine condition. The lower spine end is slightly bumped, there is a small dent on the lower edge of the front board, and a faint indentation on the upper half of the front board, which is barely visible. The corners are sharp, the binding is firm, and the endpapers are clean. The pages are free from additional names or inscriptions, showing only minor browning. There is very light foxing on the first three pages, but the rest of the interior remains clean. There is some browning of the bookedges and there are a few tiny scratches at the bottom of the fore edge. The dust jacket is unfaded and in fine condition, with no shelf wear or edge wear.

Fully authenticated by J.K. Rowling signature expert Adam Houston of The Harry Potter Specialist and includes a Letter of Authenticity (LoA), along with a collector’s card containing further interesting details.
