The Christmas Pig – Signed by J.K. Rowling on a special printed leaf

First edition, first printing, signed by the author in black ballpoint on an additional printed leaf, produced exclusively for a very small number of signed copies. This special leaf, featuring a black-and-white illustration by Jim Field of The Christmas Pig, is bound before the half-title. Only a few dozen copies of this version were likely issued, making it exceptionally rare.

The book was first published on Tuesday, 12 October 2021, and launched at an event held at London's Alexandra Palace. At this event, approximately 700 visitors were given the opportunity to have a book signed, with a limit of one book per attendee. Copies from this signing were autographed on the title page with a thick felt pen.

In addition to this event, the publisher issued a small number of signed copies for promotional purposes, featuring this special printed leaf. This extra page, slightly smaller than the other pages, was glued in before the half-title afterward. As a result, this version is significantly rarer than the copies signed by Rowling at Alexandra Palace.

The author's hologram sticker is affixed to the verso of the front free endpaper, opposite the inserted leaf. A small dent is present on the top edge; otherwise, the book is in fine condition, housed in a fine, unclipped dust jacket.

Accompanied by a Letter of Authenticity (LoA) from Adam Houston (The Harry Potter Specialist), the world's sole expert on J.K.
